Our exchange and refund policy for digital products purchased here follows the guidelines of Australian Consumer Protection Laws. We'll always try to provide a downloadable, high-quality print, but if that's not feasible, we'll arrange for a resolution compliant with the law.

In the case of any items bought from my ETSY Store, please contact us via the ETSY platform.

Digital Products are not generally eligible for a refund under ETSY's policies, however we will honor refunds or exchanges where product is subject to an exchange or refund under Australian Consumer Protection Laws.
